I work at the intersection of learning strategy, instructional design and execution.
I’m Ceci Mansilla, an L&D professional, instructional designer and online instructor with more than 18 years of experience. I’ve led regional learning initiatives, designed digital learning at scale and worked with professionals and teams across Latin America.
My work is practical by design: define the problem, build the right learning experience, and make it easier for people to apply what they learned in the real world.
